Terms of Service

This portal is for patients, clinicians, and authorized staff of Nomad Health & Wellness. It is provided as a convenience to access diagnostic reports, communicate with your care team, and manage parts of your health record.

You may only use the portal for your own record, or for records you are authorized to access as a caregiver or clinician. Do not share your login credentials, and do not attempt to access another person's account.

This portal is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Messages sent through the portal are reviewed during business hours and may not be read immediately.

• Keep your password private and use a strong password that you do not reuse on other sites.
• Sign out when you finish, especially on shared devices.
• Notify us right away if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Staff accounts may require a quick-unlock PIN for added protection. Do not share that PIN.

The portal displays results from diagnostic tests performed in our office, integrations you choose to connect, and information entered by you or your care team. It is designed to support your care, not to replace the judgment of your clinician.

AI-generated summaries, nutritional plans, marketing posters, and similar features are informational and must be reviewed by a clinician before they become part of your treatment plan. Always follow the advice of your own care team.

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we use and protect your health information under HIPAA and applicable state laws.

• Using the portal for any unlawful purpose.
• Trying to access data you are not authorized to see.
• Uploading malware, spam, or offensive content.
• Disrupting the service or interfering with other users.
• Impersonating another person or organization.

The Nomad brand, materials, reports, and generated educational content remain the property of Nomad Health & Wellness or its licensors. You may print and share your own health record with your providers, but you may not resell, republish, or misrepresent Nomad materials as your own.

Nomad Health & Wellness provides this portal and its contents "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on information in the portal without consulting your clinician.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the portal means you accept the updated terms.
